1. No Returns or Refunds

This includes, but is not limited to:

2. Damaged or Defective Products (Exception)

We only accept replacements in the rare case that you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect item sent

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video as proof

  • The issue must be verified by our support team

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.


3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or handling

  • Missing or delayed communication beyond the stated time window

  • Claims without required photo/video proof


4. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • In approved replacement cases, we will arrange reverse pickup or reshipment as applicable


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded


6. Customer Responsibility

We encourage customers to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, images, and specifications before placing an order

  • Ensure correct shipping address and contact details

  • Check the package at the time of delivery for visible damage
